1. Fully control and coordinate the management of automatic embedding personnel and various production activities;

2. Issue production plans and tasks, arrange and control the progress of production operations;

4. Respond promptly to production abnormalities, track problems in a timely manner, and provide reasonable suggestions;

5. Participate in action plans and implementation to improve production efficiency and product quality;

1. According to customer requirements, manufacture production specifications and other technical requirements, proficiently operate/independently operate machine tools.

2. Repair and refurbish wheel brake components based on customer requirements, manufacturing specifications, and other technical requirements.

3. Read and understand maintenance manuals and technical documents.

4. Effectively carry out personal work and possess team spirit.

5. Complete tasks assigned by the workshop director or operations manager, such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, etc.

1. Vocational education or above, with 3 years or more of work experience in high-pressure, fast-paced work environments.

2. Basic knowledge and ability to use tools and read drawings
